This feels like the dot-com bubble, they say, pointing to soaring valuations, overhyped startups, and wild speculation. Sure, the AI rally has some of that froth, but let’s be clear, this is not pets.com 2.0. This is the next industrial revolution. In fact, I call it the fourth industrial revolution. The dotcom era was built on potential, on what the internet might one day.become. Back then, companies were raising billions on buzzwords and business plans with absolutely zero revenues. Today, AI isn’t a theory. It’s already here, embedded in everything from healthcare and logistics to energy grids and financial systems. The infrastructure demand and cash flow are real.
