The filing indicated that Jones still owns more than 7 million shares indirectly via the H.C. Jones Living Trust after the deal. Nvidia wouldn’t say anything about the deal.

The company’s stock has gone up roughly 28% this year because there is a lot of demand for its processors that are used in AI and data centers. Nvidia is still the most valuable semiconductor company in the world, with a market value of almost $4.32 trillion.

Jones’s sell is only one of several insider trades that long-term owners have made as the company’s stock has risen for many years. As Nvidia heads into 2026 with hopes of further growth in AI, investors will keep an eye on what insiders are doing.
