Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has once again made headlines after a recording from an all-hands meeting was leaked. As reported by Business Insider, the leaked recording revealed his frustration with managers who have reportedly asked the employees to use less artificial intelligence in their work. Speaking at an all-hands meeting held a day after Nvidia’s earnings call, Huang completely dismissed the idea, asking the mangers are they insane. “My understanding is Nvidia has some managers who are telling their people to use less AI,” Huang said. “Are you insane?”. Huang further emphasised that he wants every task which can be automated with AI to be automated. He insisted that the employees should use AI and should not worry about losing their jobs in the process. “I promise you, you will have work to do,” he said, underscoring his belief that AI should be embedded into every aspect of Nvidia’s operations.

AI at the core of Nvidia’s work culture

As per the report, Huang also explained that engineers at Nvidia already use AI tools such as Cursor to streamline coding.
