Nvidia backs Israeli AI unicorn Decart in 0 million funding round at  billion valuation | CTech

Artificial intelligence company Decart has raised $300 million at an estimated valuation of $4 billion, adding some of the world’s largest technology companies as both customers and investors.

The funding round was led by Radical Ventures and included participation from chip giant NVIDIA. Additional investors included eBay Ventures, Adobe Ventures, Toyota Ventures, Atreides Management, and Valor Equity Partners, alongside existing investors Sequoia Capital, Zeev Ventures, and Benchmark.

Private investors in the round include Andrej Karpathy, co-founder of OpenAI, former CEO of Walt Disney Michael Eisner, members of the Nintendo founding family, and gaming investor Moritz Baier-Lentz.

Decart raised $100 million at a $3.1 billion valuation in August 2025.

The funding brings Decart’s total capital raised to more than $450 million and follows the signing of strategic partnerships with two of the world’s largest technology companies: Amazon, which joined as a strategic customer, and NVIDIA, which is both an investor and business partner.

As part of its partnership with Amazon, enterprise customers will be able to use Decart’s technology for AI applications in media, commerce, advertising, and physical AI. The company said the collaborations position it among the leading players in real-time AI infrastructure and “world models” – systems designed to simulate and generate interactive digital environments.
