Angela Underwood Jacobs said the alleged murder of her brother Dave Underwood by anti-government extremists was the result of a conspiracy hatched on Facebook. Her brother was shot dead by a man who traveled to Oakland, California to kill federal agents, according to federal prosecutors.

The lawsuit alleged the man connected to someone else on Facebook before traveling to Oakland. The two men “connected by the Facebook group infrastructure and its use of algorithms designed and intended to increase user interaction,” the lawsuit …
