BlueXP Workload Factory automates planning, provisioning, and management of cloud resources for GenAI, VMware, and enterprise databases. This aims to optimize deployment time, cost, performance, and data protection. The GenAI Toolkit enables secure integration of data stored in Azure NetApp Files into RAG workflows to improve results from GenAI projects.

A common reference architecture with AWS allows leveraging proprietary data with high-performance base models for GenAI. Enhancements to Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP improve scalability and flexibility, supporting up to 6 GB per second of throughput for large-scale workloads like GenAI.

NetApp’s BlueXP disaster recovery service now supports VMFS datastores for on-site disaster recovery with guided workflows. Matthew Swinbourne, CTO Cloud Architecture at NetApp Asia Pacific, highlighted the importance of these enhancements for organizations in the region. IDC’s Archana Venkatraman emphasized the need to balance data security, cost efficiency, and innovation with GenAI.
