NASA’s Perseverance used its navigation cameras to capture its journey along the rim of Jezero Crater on December 10, 2025. The Navcam images were combined with rover data and placed in a 3D virtual environment, resulting in this reconstruction with virtual images inserted approximately every 4 inches (0.1 meters) of the journey’s progress.
