Mozilla announced that its VPN After launching Windows, iOS and Android last year, the solution is now available to users of Mac and Linux devices. Mozilla VPN is currently available in six countries (US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia). Other regions will follow shortly.
As with many VPNs, Mozilla’s offering uses the WireGuard protocol to encrypt network activity and hide the user’s IP address. WireGuard’s use of high-speed cryptographic primitives also means that Mozilla VPN users should still be able to achieve high network speeds.
Mozilla VPN offers device-level encryption with more than 280 servers in 30 countries and promises no bandwidth restrictions or recording of your online activities. Signing up for the VPN costs $ 4.99 per month and allows up to five devices to be connected.
