Microsoft has recently integrated Copilot AI into its Microsoft Launcher for Android smartphones, achieving success in the process.

Microsoft has recently updated its Launcher app for Android to version 6.240402.2.1139391 in the beta channel, introducing integration of its Copilot AI. This update brings Copilot directly into the app, providing users with easier access to Copilot features such as answers and content creation. The search widget now includes the Copilot icon instead of the Bing icon, and users can swipe right to access the Feed feature, which includes Copilot alongside Look and News.

The Copilot UI in the Launcher app allows users to ask questions via audio, writing, or photo uploads, similar to the standalone Copilot app. Users who are not interested in Copilot can choose to hide it from their feed or reorder its placement. However, some advanced features available in the standalone Copilot app, such as Designer, Vacation Planner, Kitchen Assistant, Fitness Trainer, and Notebook, are missing from the Launcher version.

Overall, the integration of Copilot into the Microsoft Launcher app provides users with a seamless experience in accessing and utilizing AI-powered assistance. Whether users prefer the standalone Copilot app or the Launcher integration, they can now easily interact with Copilot for various tasks and queries.
