Tech giant Microsoft has terminated non-disclosure agreements with four west Michigan communities where it is pursuing data center development, releasing municipal officials from their promise not to disclose details about its plans.
The company sent letters to Dorr Township, Lowell Charter Township, the City of Lowell and Gaines Charter Township in late February announcing its termination of the agreements.
