Microsoft and Broadcom have expanded their partnership to support VMware Cloud Foundation subscriptions on Azure VMware Solution. This allows customers to use their VMware Cloud Foundation licenses on Azure, giving them flexibility to meet changing business needs. Azure VMware Solution offers a fully managed VMware environment operated by Microsoft, enabling customers to move VMware workloads to Azure with minimal or no refactoring. With Azure VMware Solution available in 33 regions worldwide, organizations can leverage Azure’s cloud infrastructure and deploy business-critical capabilities. VMware Rapid Migration Plan offers pricing protection, savings for Windows Server and SQL Server, migration support, and Azure credits for customers migrating to Azure VMware Solution.
