Medical experts I spoke with balked at the idea of uploading their own health data for analysis by an AI model like Muse Spark. “With these chatbots, you can now link your own biometric data and enter your own lab information, and honestly that makes me pretty nervous,” says Gauri Agarwal, doctor of medicine and associate professor at the University of Miami. “There is no way I would connect my own health information to a service that I cannot fully control and understand where that information is stored or how it is used.” She recommends people stick to less risky, more general interactions, such as preparing questions for your doctor.
