IntelliBridge Inc. buys Alethix LLC

McLean-based technology company IntelliBridge Inc. announced Monday that it has acquired Fairfax-based technology company Alethix LLC.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the acquisition will add DevSecOps and cloud services to IntelliBridge (which is backed by Enlightenment Capital) and expand its clientele to include homeland security, federal civil and defense agencies.
Alethix was founded in 2012 and provides services including data processing to national security, defense and civil authorities. IntelliBridge offers cybersecurity, intelligence analysis and cloud services.
