Marley Pirochta

As part of Cisco’s Supply Chain Sustainability and Regulatory team, I support our cross-functional efforts across Circular Design, Climate, Human Rights, and Responsible Minerals programs—work that lets me channel my passion for purpose. I first joined Cisco’s CX organization in 2022, and Cisco’s “One Cisco, Many Careers” philosophy allowed me to pivot into my current role in the sustainability and human rights space I care about most.

My approach to life and work could best be described as a sampler platter: I thrive at the intersection of various fields, whether in my cross-functional role at Cisco or through my interdisciplinary academic journey at UC Berkeley.
