Macquarie Bank customers can use a new AI support agent to interact with the financial institution’s services 24/7, complete common tasks and find more information.




The AI ​​agent, named Q, can be accessed via the Macquarie Mobile Banking app as well as Macquarie’s online banking website.

It uses natural language processing (NLP) to process customer queries about services and accounts. Customers can request to speak to a human during business hours if Q is unable to respond to a specific request.
