Cisco highlighted the achievements of the award winner, Easton Peterson of the Royals, praising his batting average of .722, six home runs, 26 hits, and positive attitude on and off the field. Peterson received accolades from his coach for his unwavering positivity and dedication to the team, as well as for his performance as a pitcher with 33 strikeouts, 16 walks, and other impressive stats. He was presented with the Galen Cisco Award and a signed baseball as a token of recognition for his outstanding contributions. The evening continued with the major and minor league championship games, showcasing the talent and sportsmanship of the young players.
