Lenovo has announced a broad suite of new data storage, virtualization solutions, and data management services designed to help enterprises and mid-sized businesses modernize IT infrastructure and prepare for AI-driven workloads. The offerings include new Lenovo ThinkSystem and ThinkAgile solutions alongside complementary data management services, providing a unified foundation to deploy, manage, and maximize the value of enterprise data.
Modern enterprises face significant challenges in preparing their data for AI. According to Gartner, 63% of organizations either lack or are unsure about having the right data management practices for AI. At the same time, IDC reports that 80% of storage deployed in the past five years relies on slower, hard drive-based systems that are not optimized for AI.
