On the services front, Lenovo is restructuring its infrastructure deployment offerings around three defined service levels: Standard Deploy, Premier Deploy, and Premier Deploy Plus. The options are designed to allow customers to select a deployment model based on multiple factors, including project complexity, business criticality, internal IT capabilities and the amount of assistance required after deployment.
All three services provide a structured readiness foundation and expert hardware installation. Premier Deploy and Premier Deploy Plus add implementation and operational handoff support, helping customers move from infrastructure delivery toward production-ready operations.
Premier Deploy Plus also provides extended post-deployment assistance and a one-year infrastructure health assessment intended to help customers identify potential problems early. The health assessment excludes DE Storage Array.
