Langham Hospitality Launches AI Toolkit to Expand Information Access

LAngham Hospitality Group (LHG) has launched a trio of artificial intelligence (AI) agents to address changes in the way people source information. The new toolkit, It complements the group’s existing channels and gives guests the flexibility to make inquiries either digitally or directly to hotel staff, who in turn gain wider access to training materials and commercial insights.

“Personal and intuitive guest care, strong people development and sound business decisions have always been central to the way we work.” Bob van den Oord, CEO of Langham Hospitality Group, told The Hotel Conversation.
