K&L Gates advises Securitas on $3.2 billion acquisition of electronic security systems


    Charlotte – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised leading global intelligent security services partner Securitas AB on its $3.2 billion acquisition of Electronic Security Solutions business, STANLEY Security, from Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
