In the analytics category, Amazon introduced Amazon Q Generative SQL in Amazon Redshift to simplify query authoring and increase productivity. Additionally, new AI-driven scaling and optimizations were announced in Amazon Redshift Serverless, along with zero-ETL integrations with Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS for MySQL, and Amazon DynamoDB. Generative AI and machine learning innovations included updates to Amazon SageMaker Studio, improved model deployment tools in Amazon SageMaker, and new generative AI capabilities in Amazon Bedrock. Amazon Q, a generative AI-powered assistant, was introduced to streamline tasks and enhance productivity for IT professionals.
