Kaiser Permanente announced on Wednesday that it will partner with Microsoft and Accenture to expand its cloud environment while keeping an eye on new innovations aimed at improving the customer and vendor experience.

With 12.4 million members and more than 85,000 clinicians, Kaiser Permanente has a huge incentive to find ways to improve how care works for everyone.
The cloud expansion aims to provide “relevant digital experiences” for both groups and thus enable faster digital innovation. According to Kaiser, the need to adapt to new patient expectations and new requirements for responsible care in an agile manner will guide the collaboration with Microsoft and Accenture.
