Arora Engineers and JFK Millennium Partners have announced their collaboration to deploy IBM’s Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software and Arora’s ATLAS suite of mobile products for the construction of the new $4.2 billion JFK Terminal 6 (T6) in Queens, New York. Arora will be responsible for fire protection, plumbing, special systems, and electrical engineering services for T6, as well as providing master systems integration services for IT and low voltage systems. By creating a centralized repository of asset information, Arora aims to optimize Terminal performance, extend asset lifecycles, and reduce downtime and costs for a more agile, safe, and digital passenger experience.
