In the first quarter of 2024, NVIDIA secured the second position with a 19% increase in revenue compared to the previous quarter, largely driven by its strong presence in the AI market. Intel, on the other hand, experienced a 14% decline in revenue during the same period due to lower demand at its Intel, Altera, and Mobileye foundries.

Hynix and Micron saw growth in revenue thanks to the robust memory market, placing them fourth and seventh, respectively, in the ranking for the quarter. Qualcomm and Broadcom, ranking fifth and sixth, also faced revenue declines in the single digits, attributed to underperformance in their core businesses.
