Infobip, a global cloud communications platform, has deepened its collaboration with Oracle by becoming an independent software vendor (ISV) with access to Oracle Integration Cloud. This allows businesses using Oracle solutions to leverage Infobip’s omnichannel platform through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace (OCM). The partnership aims to enhance customer interactions, potentially boosting satisfaction, sales, and campaign performance.

Infobip’s communication channels cater to various sectors such as banking, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and entertainment, offering conversational experiences. By integrating these channels with Oracle solutions, users can gain valuable customer insights, refine campaign strategies, and nurture leads throughout the purchasing process.

With Oracle Integration Cloud, businesses can connect additional channels to create seamless conversations across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery of critical alerts and information to customers. Infobip plans to develop more integrations through this platform to further enhance communication capabilities.

The collaboration between Infobip and Oracle leverages Infobip’s extensive network of over 800 direct carrier connections, capable of delivering over 100 billion messages annually, with Oracle’s sales and marketing solutions for B2C and B2B businesses. This synergy aims to assist companies in achieving their objectives more effectively.

Stephen Streich, group vice president of product management at Oracle Marketing, highlighted Oracle’s commitment to offering leading customer experience solutions. He emphasized that the partnership with Infobip would provide Oracle customers access to cutting-edge communications solutions, enabling them to deliver ongoing value.

Infobip’s relationship with Oracle dates back to 2018 when it joined Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), enabling Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) customers to orchestrate interactions with consumers using various Oracle products. This integration has allowed companies to offer personalized omnichannel messages and enhance customer relationships through platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS.

Veselin Vuković, global vice president of alliances and strategic partnerships at Infobip, emphasized the growing consumer demand for conversational experiences with companies through familiar channels. He explained that Infobip’s enhanced collaboration with Oracle as an ISV addresses this need by integrating its omnichannel communications platform into any Oracle solution available through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

The expanded partnership between Infobip and Oracle signifies a significant advancement in providing businesses with comprehensive, integrated communications solutions. As businesses prioritize improving customer experiences, collaborations like this are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business-customer interactions across various industries.
