I’m a food blogger – this is how AI helps me put my dishes on the plate

“When I started blogging, phone cameras were terrible. You had to carry a DSLR camera with you everywhere, even if you just wanted a simple picture,” says Ed Tan, a London-based food creator. “Live posting wasn’t really a thing because you had to constantly download photos from your camera to your phone. Obviously, phones have changed a lot since then.”

A lot has changed for Tan too. When he started his Instagram account @onehungryasian in 2014, he was still working in finance; Instagram was a creative outlet, a visually guided snapshot of his life. “It was simply my love and passion to eat out across London and try out new cuisines and dishes,” he says.
