IBM Chairman and CEO Arvind Krishna received $37.99 million in fiscal 2025 compensation, making him the company’s highest-paid named executive officer as IBM increases investment in artificial intelligence, hybrid cloud, enterprise software, infrastructure and quantum computing.
IBM’s five highest-paid named executives collectively received approximately $103.02 million. Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Kavanaugh ranked second with $18.84 million, followed by Software and commercial leader Rob Thomas at $17.49 million, Vice Chairman Gary Cohn at $16.24 million and Chief Legal Officer Ashley Robinson at $12.46 million.
The compensation to IBM employees includes salaries, stock awards, option awards, non-equity incentives and other payments — not base salaries alone.
