IBM has opened the GenAI Innovation Centre in Kochi, aimed at helping enterprises, startups, and partners explore and develop generative AI technology. Many organizations struggle to implement AI projects due to a lack of skills and experience, but the center will provide access to IBM experts and technologies to help them build, scale, and accelerate the adoption of AI solutions. IBM is emphasizing its commitment to AI innovation in India, with a focus on increasing talent, improving organizational productivity, and enhancing citizen services. The center is based on InstructLab, a collaboration between IBM and Red Hat to enhance large language models with custom data.
