IBM Renews Commitment to ‘Rome Call for AI Ethics’ as Vatican Embraces Eastern Religions in Joint Pledge



IBM reaffirmed its commitment to the Rome calls for AI ethics at the AI Ethics for Peace event in Hiroshima, Japan. The Vatican Renaissance Foundation organized the event, with support from various religious organizations. IBM has been actively involved in previous Rome Call milestones, including leading the Rome Call for AI Ethics World University Summit in 2022 and signing the Call with other Abrahamic religions in 2023.
