IBM appoints Aparna N as Chief Talent, Leadership & Culture Officer

IBM has appointed Aparna N as Chief Talent, Leadership & Culture Officer.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Talent, Leadership & Culture Officer at IBM!” Aparna shared in a LinkedIn post.

Aparna has been working with IBM for about 22 years, most recently as Vice President – HR, IBM Talent Management.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the National Institute of Management, Kolkata and a Master’s in HR Management from Cornell University ILR School.
