HCL Technologies and IBM have joined forces to establish a Generative AI Center of Excellence (GenAI CoE) utilizing the IBM Watsonx platform. This collaboration will allow enterprises to update legacy applications, develop IT service management use cases, simplify coding, enhance skills on the IBM Watsonx platform, and foster continuous innovation.
The GenAI CoE will be accessible through HCLTech’s cloud native and AI labs in Noida, London, New Jersey, and Santa Clara in the US. With the goal of training 10,000 engineers and architects on IBM’s AI technologies, particularly Watsonx, HCLTech aims to empower businesses with innovative solutions and insights through the CloudSMART for IBM portfolio.
The CoE will offer customers access to education and training resources on various AI technologies such as watsonx.ai, watsonx.data, watsonx.governance, watsonx Code Assistants, watsonx Orchestrate, and watsonx Assistant. This will enable organizations to train their workforce and create practical use cases while leveraging the power of AI.
