Hyland has introduced a series of updates to its cloud-based content management suite aimed at companies seeking improved integration capabilities and more advanced AI tools for handling business documents and workflows.
Platform integrations
The company has introduced new integrations for major enterprise platforms. Salesforce, Guidewire ClaimCentre, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday users can now access Hyland’s content management capabilities directly through their existing software interfaces. This is intended to simplify the way users find, manage and secure documentation associated with key business processes.
Integration with Salesforce allows customers to import, search, and manage files without leaving the CRM environment. For the insurance sector, the Guidewire ClaimCentre integration is designed to speed claims processing by eliminating the need for staff to switch between systems when searching for claims-related documents.
