Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Nvidia have partnered to offer a turnkey solution for organizations looking to adopt generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) without the complexities of developing and managing such workloads. The joint portfolio, called Nvidia AI Computing by HPE, includes AI applications developed by both companies and will be delivered to customers through channel partners like Deloitte, Infosys, and Wipro. This expanded partnership was announced at HPE Discover 2024 in Las Vegas by HPE President and CEO Antonio Neri, alongside Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang. Neri emphasized the transformative power of GenAI but highlighted the risks and complexities associated with fragmented AI technology. Both companies have worked to develop computing, model, and data stacks to simplify AI implementation. The turnkey solution allows organizations lacking expertise to focus on developing new AI use cases, leveraging technologies like HPE Private Cloud AI, Nvidia Spectrum-X Ethernet networking, and Nvidia GPUs. By offering integrated AI stack and cloud services, the joint solution aims to remove complexities and bridge the gap between AI and IT teams within organizations. This integration addresses concerns about data security, compliance, and scalability while enabling automation and orchestration of workloads in hybrid environments. The private cloud AI offering is set for general availability in the fall, along with servers optimized for AI workloads. This partnership aims to accelerate value creation with GenAI, driving innovation and growth for enterprises.
