HPE stops selling Qumulo, Scality and WEKA software – Blocks and Files

HPE has announced internally and to its channel partners that it will stop selling Qumulo, Scality and WEKA software.

Sales listing will end on January 31st and orders will no longer be accepted after March 3rd.

HPE has been reselling the Qumulo scalable file system, Scality object storage, and WEKA parallel file system products running on their Proliant servers for some time. Over the past few consecutive quarters, sales of its own Alletra Storage MP storage hardware and software have increased. strongly resurrectedand this hardware comes with HPE OEM. VAST data file system and HPE’s own software object storage.
