The attorneys general of Colorado, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New York, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia were granted the ability to intervene in the Tunney Act review process, which examines whether the federal government’s deal with HPE and Juniper Networks is in the public interest.
