HPE modifies terms and conditions to allow price adjustments ‘up to day of shipment’

HPE has told partners that it has updated its terms and conditions to allow price adjustments “up to the day of shipping” on server and GreenLake orders.

In a letter sent yesterday to the partners, seen by IT channel oxygenGlobal channel head Simon Ewington confirmed that the supplier is making some changes to its pricing and quote validity terms in response to current supply constraints (see full letter below).

Channel partners were last month said to prepare for “pandemic levels” of kit shortages in 2026, the culprit of which will be the rise of AI.
