(November 26, 2025, 20:24 GMT | Official Statement) – MLex Summary: A California judge has scheduled a hearing for January 8 for arguments on a motion for a separate stay order in the Hewlett Packard Enterprise-Juniper merger deal case. The US Department of Justice negotiated a settlement with the companies, which now must be reviewed by the court. Twelve states and the District of Columbia were allowed to intervene in the case and filed a separate stay motion on November 18. The court ordered HPE to file its opposition to the motion by December 9; Any government response will also be submitted by December 9; States must present their response to the opposition before December 23; followed by the hearing, which is scheduled for 10 a.m. See attached file. …
