HPE hybrid cloud COO Hang Tan exits after shaping virtualization push

Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Hybrid Cloud COO Hang Tan has left the company after more than six years, including over two years leading its hybrid cloud division. Tan was pivotal in building the unit’s virtualization strategy, launching VM Essentials to rival Broadcom VMware, and unifying its hybrid cloud software suite.
