HPE Assets Struggled With Buyer Interest in Antitrust Divestment

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. struggled to interest some investors and other technology companies in buying assets that the U.S. government demanded to sell to approve its acquisition of Juniper Networks, receiving offers ranging from $1 million to $15 million, according to court records.
