HP has introduced the OmniBook Ultra 16 and OmniBook X 14, expanding its portfolio of AI PCs powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark and Windows for developers, creators, gamers, entrepreneurs and other advanced users.

HP also revealed additional details about an upcoming RTX Spark-powered OmniDesk desktop, extending the platform beyond laptops.

First previewed at Computex in June, HP describes the new OmniBooks as the world’s thinnest NVIDIA RTX Spark laptops.

The systems are designed around increasingly sophisticated local AI applications, including personal agents, AI-assisted content creation and agentic workflows that can operate directly on a user’s PC.

The flagship HP OmniBook Ultra 16 is positioned for developers and creators working with larger AI models and demanding creative workloads.

Configurations will support up to 128 GB of unified memory and up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance, enabling larger open-source and open-weight models and more complex local AI workflows.

HP developed its first consumer tower hinge and trunk architecture for the system to increase airflow and heat dissipation while retaining a thin design.

The cooling system combines larger heat pipes with dual ultra-thin fans to support sustained AI, development and creative workloads.

The OmniBook Ultra 16 also includes a 16-inch 3K OLED display with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification, along with quad speakers powered by smart amplifiers.
