How to bypass Microsoft Store region locks and install apps from anywhere

Microsoft Store availability can change depending on the region Windows is set to. That gets frustrating when you can find the exact app you want, open its Store page, and still end up staring at a grayed-out Get button because the catalog doesn’t offer it in your current region.

That’s different from common Microsoft Store errors like a broken cache or a stuck download. If the Store works normally but its catalog says an app isn’t available where you are, changing the region can sometimes be enough to make the installation available.
