Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang was booked to speak at the Google Public Sector Summit, but he had to travel to Asia for talks on China trade policy. In his place, Ian Buck, who leads Nvidia’s hyperscale and high-performance computing business, joined Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian and Google Public Sector CEO Karen Dahut for an onstage conversation at the event.
