Artificial intelligence makes it easy for employees to bring unfair dismissal or other claims, even if they have little chance of success.
In a presentation to the Victorian Bar Association on Wednesday, Justice Adam Hatcher, president of the Fair Work Commission, said it had become clear over the past year that the tribunal’s work was being “significantly disrupted” by the widespread availability and use of AI tools.
