Hollard Insurance is testing AI in the claims department

Hollard Insurance Australia has begun implementing AI across its business to speed up claims management and make the process faster and more accurate.

Hollard International’s private subsidiary, which has partnerships with the Commonwealth Bank, Woolworths and Australian Seniors, recently announced it was piloting the technology at an event hosted by insurance software specialist Guidewire in Sydney.
