According to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., Fidelma Russo will join the company as chief technology officer to lead the company’s innovation efforts and manage the design and development of the company’s GreenLake edge-to-cloud platform.
Russo joins from VMware where she was vice president and general manager of the company’s cloud services business. Prior to that, she led the global technology organization for storage and information management services company Iron Mountain and was senior vice president of enterprise storage and software at Dell EMC.
She is taking over Kumar Sreekanti, who announced last month that he would be leaving the company.
