One in two workers challenging their terminations are using artificial intelligence to draft their claims. This is according to the results of a study into the increasing workload that is overwhelming referees in the workplace.
The Fair Work Commission revealed that an estimated 40 to 50 per cent of claimants in unlawful and unfair dismissal cases are using the new technology and admitted the commission was “high and dry” as the total number of claims exceeded last financial year’s record of 44,000.
