The AI boom is in full swing and began scattering breadcrumbs in data centers years ago, but now the ducks want to see more food.
Analyst after analyst asked Goodman Group’s Greg Goodman about his data center customer contracts – or rather, lack thereof – in Tuesday’s earnings call, and was clearly puzzled by how rivals NextDC and CDC Data Centers can announce gigantic deals with U.S. tech giants like Google and Amazon in quick succession while Goodman Group has none.
