To celebrate over a decade of artistic experimentation with AI, today we unveil Gradient canvasan exhibition of 13 newly commissioned works of art. Inspired by the local ecology of the Bay Area, Gradient canvas explores the idea that artificial intelligence can act as a bridge – connecting human perception, machine vision and the natural world around us.
The featured global artists, a group that includes longtime Google employees, used Google tools and AI to expand the way we perceive and interact with our surroundings. Her new work explores the co-evolving relationships between humans, nature, and machines, offering unique perspectives on how different forms of intelligence understand the world.
