Google partners with MediaTek for next-gen TPU, shifting orders from Broadcom · TechNode

Google is teaming up with MediaTek to develop its next-generation Tensor Processing Unit (TPU), which is set to enter production at TSMC next year, sources told US tech media The Information on Monday.
