While mapping satellites are overseen by the US Space Force, they have limited authority to compel private companies like Google to rectify mapping discrepancies. The preferred approach is to report the issue directly to the company or utilize platforms such as Apple Maps, Waze (another Google-owned app), or contact consumer advocates like Matt Gephardt.
